Re-design of the BT careers portal to cater for job applications across all locales where BT is present.
The approach consisted in gathering and expanding business and user goals through desk research. A competitors analysis of large organisations such as Coca-cola, IBM, Microsoft allowed to identify the opportunity for BT. User journeys were translated into a simple sitemap. Wireframes were designed and rationalised into three versatile templates.

Deliverables: desk research, competitors analysis, content audit, user journeys, sitemap, presentation of findings to senior BT stakeholders, wireframes design and rationalisation.
